Celebrating one year as Daisy Education
This month marks one year of Daisy Education!
Over the past 12 months, we’ve grown alongside the educators we support, partnering with hundreds of new settings and now supporting over 1,700 schools across the UK with our personalised adaptive learning programmes.
Through DreamBox Reading Plus and DreamBox Maths, we’re helping strengthen reading fluency, comprehension and confidence alongside building deeper mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills.
To the teachers and school leaders we work with every day - thank you! Your commitment to learners is at the heart of everything we do.
We’re proud of everything achieved together this year and excited to continue supporting schools to help every child thrive.
Join us in celebrating and reflecting on all we have achieved together:

Extending our support for teachers with CPD
We are proud hosts of the annual online International Reading Conference, where thousands of educators worldwide gather for three days of innovative insights from renowned speakers – all for free.
However, this year we extended our events calendar to champion teachers more than ever before. We hosted our first ever:
- International Maths Conference – insightful online sessions to support maths teaching and learning, with speakers including Rob Eastaway and Bobby Seagull.
- Daisy Educational Reading Summit – fresh perspectives on shaping confident, curious readers, with speakers including Daniel Sobel and Sarah McGeown.
- Daisy Education Maths Summit – our first in-person event, delivering approaches to improve outcomes for every learner while connecting with educators in our local region.
- Teacher Talks webinars – Regular instalments from expert practitioners sharing a range of expertise to enrich your classroom, with past speakers including Mr P and Mr Metacognition.
Working with you
As always, we couldn’t do what we do without you – all of the incredible educators who support children day in and day out.
We are proud that our programmes influence students’ learning journeys – but without them being championed in schools, they wouldn’t have the same impact.
We also have to thank you on a more personal note. At Daisy Education, our team is constantly speaking to teachers every day. Thank you for being passionate, generous and approachable – making our days more enjoyable and keeping our partnership strong.
The Daisy Education team
We can't shout out the amazing partnerships we’ve formed with schools and not showcase the fabulous people making these connections.
It is a pleasure to have a team that so closely shares the same values, who care about making a real impact in children's education, and work enthusiastically to ensure Reading Plus and DreamBox Maths have the maximum impact they can on students.
This year at Daisy Education, we’ve welcomed seven new team members working towards the same mission with the same mentality.
Alongside the growth within schools, please join us in celebrating well-deserved growth within our company.
- Ricky, who joined the team as a Customer Success Advisor, is now our IT & Operations Assistant.
- Steven, who joined the team as our Operations Coordinator, is now our Head of IT & Operations.
- Soad Rojas, who joined the team as our Digital Marketing Executive, is now our Brand Marketing Lead.
Getting involved
Like many schoolchildren across the country, World Book Day is one of our favourites of the year. It is one day dedicated to what schools, families and we ourselves champion all year round - the power of reading - which we get to enjoy in silly costumes, with fun activities.
Lucky for us, the considerate people at Daisy Education have plenty of passion to go around. Alongside our work to get children reading, this year we supported a range of other great causes, including:
- Our annual Macmillan Coffee Morning.
- Shine Night Walk for Cancer Research UK.
A bit about Daisy Education
While this is Daisy Education’s first anniversary, we have been working with schools for over a decade, improving reading skills and boosting confidence with the online reading development programme DreamBox Reading Plus.
However, this May marks the month that we expanded our impact by bringing DreamBox Maths into UK classrooms following its proven success in maths progress in the US.
This growth led us to reintroduce ourselves as Daisy Education.
Just as no two daisies are the same, no two students are either.
We understand that every student's learning needs are as unique and different as they are, just like daisies. That’s why we provide opportunities for students to discover and develop their love of learning through our personalised programmes.
Designed to meet the needs of every learner, DreamBox Reading Plus and DreamBox Maths nurture every student, ensuring everyone is given the perfect amount of challenge and support to grow.
While we introduced our new name, the impact of our programmes, the expert support behind the scenes and our values still remain – and will continue to do so.
We are committed to building collaborative partnerships with each school we work with, facilitating accelerated progress and providing free support so you can spend more time doing what you do best – teach.
