How the pilot works
Step 1: Plan your pilot
We'll discuss your school's priorities, identify the pupils involved and agree a pilot timeline.
Step 2: Launch Reading Plus
We’ll support setup, staff training and introduce your team to the programme.
Step 3: Baseline assessment
Pupils complete the InSight assessment to identify their starting points and provide valuable diagnostic data.
Step 4: Build reading progress
Pupils complete adaptive lessons while your Reading Development Consultant helps you monitor engagement and progress.
Step 5: Review your impact
We’ll review progress data together, helping you understand pupil outcomes and plan your next steps.
